What to expect?
6:30 - 7:15 -- NASA Solar System Ambassador Jen Jones will present a talk about meteor showers! November is home to both the Southern Taurids and the Leonid meteor showers. Jen will discuss where meteor showers come from and why we have them. We'll make a dirty snowball comet and demonstrate how meteors become a part of Earth's yearly orbit.
7:15 - 8:00 -- Ogden Nature Center Naturalist will present myths about the constellations and fun facts about the stars and moon. We'll have a telescope out and warm drinks to enjoy!
Stars move, planets align, and sometimes schedules change. We’ll keep you posted!
