Creatures of the Night

Two nights of outdoor fun, without fright! 
Friday & Saturday, Oct. 5 and 6, 
5-8:30 pm / All ages.

Put on your costumes, bring your flashlights and come have some Halloween fun at the Ogden Nature Center.  

Creatures of the Night is all about education and outdoor adventures.

Cost: $6 members of the Ogden Nature Center / $7 nonmembers. Children 3 and under are free.

Here are some of the things you can see and do at Creatures of the Night

  • Learn about snakes, spiders and owls with live animal presentations
  • Go on a crepuscular creep around the nature preserve. This guided hike will introduce you to some of our “wild” creatures that occupy the night and evening hours around the Nature Center.
  • Find your way through the Spider Web Crawl, listen to stories by the campfire and peak inside a real tipi.
  • Food vendors, carnival games, crafts, fun fortune telling, treats, and hands-on educational fun with a Halloween theme.
  • No RSVP necessary. Costumes welcome! Please dress for the weather.Held rain or shine. Flashlights recommended.
