Renter Responsibilities

  • Renters are responsible for providing all decorations, food and beverages.
  • Renters are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of their event. This includes removing off site all personal items, decorations, food and garbage.
  • No smoking or vaping inside or out!
  • We do not allow grills of any kind (propane or charcoal) on the property for rentals. Call us at 801-621-7595 for more information. 
  • Do not disturb the wildlife.
  • No pets (service animals are welcome).
