Location and Capacity
The Education Center is ideal for larger parties and other events (max. 100 people)
Scheduling
- Rooms in the Education Center may be rented weekday evenings from 4 pm - 9 pm and Saturdays, 9 am - 9 pm, based on availability.
- Some weekday days (during business hours) maybe available.

Available Spaces
- East Classroom - 604 sq ft (Banquet style up to 50 people)
- West Classroom - 693 sq ft (Banquet style up to 50 people)
- The East and West classrooms can be opened to one large space
- Includes restroom facilities, eight - 6' tables and up to 60 chairs.
- Renter provides all table linens, decorations etc.
- Renter supplies ONC with a Certificate of Insurance for date of event.
Fees
For East and/or West Classrooms at the LS Peery Education Center:
- $50 per hour / up to 50 people
- $150 per hour / up to 100 people
- $50 non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)
- $150 refundable damage deposit
For Lobby Space at LS Peery Education Center:
- $50 per hour
- $50 non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)
- $25 refundable damage deposit
Other Fees:
- $250 fee for alcohol
- If ONC classroom materials need to be removed, a $100 fee is applicable
- $100 additional fee for after hours
