January’s recent snowstorm transformed our beloved nature preserve into a mesmerizing winter wonderland. The once familiar trails and meadows now lay under a pristine blanket of glistening snow, and the beauty of the snow-covered scenery has added an extra layer of enchantment to our educational experiences.

This month’s Animal Autographs field trip has become an even more memorable and unique adventure for students, with obvious tracks from raccoons, birds, deer and other species. It's amazing to see how the winter environment has sparked curiosity and creativity to explore and search for signs of animals.

As we embark on this new year, we are filled with enthusiasm for the countless possibilities that lie ahead. Our team is dedicated to providing engaging and enriching experiences for our students and the community – so bundle up, put on those boots, grab your binoculars and come explore the Nature Center!

We wish you all, our flock of friends, a fantastic start to the year, filled with warmth, joy, snowflakes, and endless time in nature!
